Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. During drops or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Distorted101 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping provider.

Shipping times may vary based on location. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
