Orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated.
Once an order has been shipped, Distorted101 is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen items.
All shipping issues must be handled directly with the courier service.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees once the package enters their country.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final.
Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
To be eligible for review, claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos and your order number.
Approved cases will be resolved through a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
